Refund Policy

We’re happy to offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days of purchase as store credit (excluding shipping fees). After 14 days, we’re unable to process returns.

Return Requirements

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and shipped back at your cost.
• Non-returnable items: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, masks, gift cards, and accessories.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued as store credit on an e-gift card.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund; sale items are non-refundable.
